1. Service Description

stateXchange provides TradingView to broker execution infrastructure. Our platform offers:

• Webhook URLs for receiving TradingView alerts
• Broker connectors (Kotak Securities, Sharekhan)
• Execution logs, order status, and latency metrics
• Paper trading (forward testing) capabilities

We execute trades exactly as per your TradingView alerts. Users bring their own trading strategies.

2. No Trading Advice

stateXchange does not provide trading advice, recommendations, or strategies. We are purely an execution infrastructure provider. Any trading decisions are made entirely by the user through their TradingView strategies.

3. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for:

• All trading signals sent through the platform
• All profits and losses resulting from executed trades
• Ensuring sufficient margin in their broker accounts
• Verifying correct instrument selection and lot sizes
• Monitoring their positions and algo status
• Connecting to their broker before market hours

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading in MCX futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition.

stateXchange is not responsible for any losses incurred through the use of our platform, whether due to market conditions, technical issues, or user error.

5. Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Users should not rely solely on automated trading and should monitor their positions.

6. Broker Connectivity

stateXchange connects to third-party brokers (Kotak Securities, Sharekhan). We are not responsible for:

• Broker API downtime or errors
• Order rejections by brokers or exchanges
• Delays in order execution
• Changes to broker API terms or availability

7. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including:

• Keeping webhook URLs confidential
• Protecting broker credentials
• Using secure authentication methods

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
• Share account access with unauthorized parties
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform

9. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and content are the property of stateXchange. Users are granted a limited license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, stateXchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless stateXchange from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the platform or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
